7:49am.

Working with existing leads, all day, as well as communicating with leads group. A couple other aims as well. In journal, in a bit. Kids are awake, but reading some silly book in Jack’s room. More quarantine…. Consolidation, the word and work wrapped around me. Checked finances… all good. Not stressing anymore about the act of consolidating as each idea gets its stitch, its bit and beat.

Tonight’s class, all about how you want to have yourself seen. How you want to be read. Much on my mind given the current way and reality, if I have to apply for anything, or market myself somehow. That. That’s how I’ll position it. Not “pitch” it as I was just thinking, but speak it. When you speak yourself you have a certain survival tool. On a number of tiers.

Without anything to write, without much inner-shove to do anything right now, honestly. No Starbucks today, and no spending I tell myself. Hoping for a run before class, but we’ll see how much it rains. Not sure it’s going to rain that much, but one thing I’ve learned from this matter, this progression of quarantined days is to expect nothing. Especially from the news. It’s always bad, and the pandemic is always played with. I know it’s serious, and scary, but the news offers nothing resembling comfort. Nothing. And it’s my fault for ever expecting it to.

9 hours into a fast, and hoping to make it to 15 or 17. We’ll see. Over 22,000 words into this stack of pages and I’m wondering…
